Inquiry is not confirmation

Submitting or sending a stay inquiry does not hold a room and does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the manor provides written confirmation that identifies the room category, dates, rate, inclusions, payment requirements and cancellation terms.

Rates and availability

Rates and room availability vary by date, room category, number of guests and package. The written offer provided by the manor is the applicable offer for that inquiry and may have an expiry time.

Payment

The payment method, currency, deposit and balance schedule will be stated in the written booking offer. Do not send payment to an account that has not been confirmed through the manor's official contact details.

Changes and cancellations

The cancellation and change policy may vary by offer, season and sales channel. Review the specific policy in the written confirmation before making payment. Any approved refund is handled according to that confirmation and the original payment method where possible.

Children, additional guests and special needs

Guest numbers, children's ages, additional beds, dietary requirements and mobility needs must be discussed before confirmation so the manor can recommend a suitable room and identify any additional cost or limitation.

Experiences and transfers

Guided walks, seasonal field activities, village visits and transfers are subject to weather, local conditions and provider availability. A proposed activity is not confirmed until it appears in writing in the agreed itinerary or booking confirmation.
