Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Breakfast, Wi-Fi and floor heating are available.
Dinner can be added for RMB 80 per person per night. Please book ahead and share dietary requirements.

What should I know before booking?
The manor is in a living Hani village within the UNESCO-listed rice-terrace landscape, not an urban resort. Nearby shops, restaurants and ride-hailing services are limited. There is no lift, so please tell us about mobility needs before booking. Rural farming, free-ranging animals and traditional indigo dyeing remain part of everyday village life.
How do guests travel around the terraces?
The scenic loop covers approximately 56 km, so viewpoints, villages and trailheads can be a significant drive apart. DiDi is unreliable here. The manor can arrange a local driver and will confirm the route and price before you accept.
Is there a minibar or refrigerator?
Rooms include a kettle, tea set, local Pu'er tea and complimentary bottled water, but no refrigerator. Chilled water is available from reception, and breakfast includes complimentary coffee and milk.
Can the manor help arrange a transfer?
Yes. Send your arrival city, date, group size and luggage details. The team will reply with the current options and cost before anything is confirmed.
Which room is best for families?
Family rooms and suites provide more sleeping space. The right layout depends on the number and ages of children, so include those details in your inquiry.
Are activities available every day?
No. Field activities, village visits and guided walks depend on season, weather, local schedules and guide availability.
What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
Direct bookings require a 30% deposit. Cancel more than 7 days before arrival for a full deposit refund. For cancellations 3-7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is retained. For cancellations less than 3 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. A written offer will confirm the terms that apply to your stay.
Is an inquiry a confirmed reservation?
No. A reservation is confirmed only after the manor replies in writing with availability, rate and inclusions, and the required deposit has been received.
